The BUYER herein recognizes that the original Abstract of Title was prepared for a third party(s). The BUYER also recognizes and agrees that it shall indemnify and hold AbstractLocator.com, abstract contributor and any third parties, for whom the original abstract was prepared, harmless of any and all liability as to the correctness of the information provided in said abstract or any damages arising out of or from the abstract information.

The BUYER thus agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the information provided, and understands that AbstractLocator.com and abstract contributor makes no claim, representation nor warranty as to the suitability or accuracy of these abstracts for any purpose.

In consideration of receiving abstract(s) from AbstractLocator.com, the BUYER agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to hold harmless and indemnify AbstractLocator.com, abstract contributor and any third party for which the original abstract(s), was prepared, compiled and/or contracted, from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use, re-use, mis-use, modification, and/or misinterpretation of the information contained in the abstract(s) and provided by AbstractLocator.com under this agreement.
